The third edition of the Kathmandu Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) is all set to be held on September 7 & 8, 2024 at the Himalaya Hotel, Lalitpur. Tourism and Culture Minister Nepal, Badri Pandey, will inaugurate the third Kathmandu Kalinga Literary Festival.
