Gandaki, January 1: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inaugurated the educational and emergency building of Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences (POAHS) Kaski.
Prime Minister Oli, who arrived in Pokhara today to participate in the first convocation ceremony of the institute, inaugurated the building which was constructed at a cost of Rs 170.
