Biratnagar: Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa has made it clear that no amendment will be made to the basic provisions of the Constitution.
Speaking to reporters at the Biratnagar Airport in Biratnagar today, General Secretary Thapa claimed that a political mechanism has been formed between the two countries.
