Nepali Congress rival faction starts pressure on establishment to conduct general convention on schedule

Since a year before the 15th Congress of Nepali Congress, the leaders of the disaffected factions of the party have started putting pressure on the leadership to organize it at the appointed time.

Shekhar Koirala, the leader of the disaffected faction of the Congress, has called a meeting of the local leaders of the party in his hometown on November 3.
