After several postponements, the 23rd Congress of All Nepal National Independent Students Union (Krantikari) has started on August 26 in Kathmandu.
The convention, which was supposed to conclude with the election of a new leadership on Monday, has been postponed due to a dispute over the choice of Wednesday’s convention.
