KATHMANDU – Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has said that the police have started a thorough investigation into the murder of the Minister for Land Reforms, Ramchandra Rai. Speaking at today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that the Central Investigation Bureau of the Nepal Police has already left for the scene of the murder in Chandranagar.
