Kathmandu: Chairman of Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mohan Gyawali, former central president of Nepal Teachers Association.
President Deuba expressed his condolences on behalf of himself and the Nepali Congress on his death in a condolence message today.
