Kathmandu: The code of conduct for the by-elections of the local level to be held on the 1st of November has been officially implemented on Sunday.
According to Nita Pokharel Aryal, joint secretary and spokesperson of the Election Commission, the code of conduct is applicable to the persons holding public positions in the respective districts.
